We have been busy this year photographing numerous bands in London and the South East. Some of the highlights this year for us have been The Royal Southern Brotherhood, Skinny Molly and City Funk Orchestra. Another busy year hear at the studio and as we had been unable to get away this year we returned to one of pur favorite destinations,  Cuba.

This time we stayed at the Hotel Parque Centrale. The Parque Central is a modern hotel located right in the center of  Havana.

It has two roof top pools and modern well appointed rooms.

We had four nights here, but by the time you arrive from the airport and you include transfers to your second resort, you are only left with two half days to explore Old Havana. The hotel is very centrally located and everything is pretty much within walking distance!

Getting married???

Mark and Mary started the day by capturing Nicola’s bridal preparations at her parents home in Caterham. The usual excitement and chatter resonated around the home, as proud parents looked on.

As the final touches for hair and make up were being made, we headed off to Oaks Farm Barn, the venue of choice for Nicola and Duncan’s happy occasion.

Oaks Farm Barn is an idyllic wedding venue, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and rural beauty, in Surrey. The venue itself also has a quaint one bedroom cottage attached to it, where bridesmaids and the bride’s parents fussed around Nicola as she stepped into her gorgeous strapless Justin Alexander gown and the bridesmaids got changed into their prom style black dresses. To add a touch of colour they each held sunflowers – simple yet stunning, whilst Nicola held Cala Lillies.  After a few pre ceremony photos of the bride and groom the ceremony took place.

As Nicola walked into the room, Duncan fought with his emotions as his stunning bride took his breath away – with the emotion continuing as the ceremony went on.

Once the rings had been exchanged – carried by Duncan’s gorgeous son, Connor, and the register signed, the newlyweds headed into the conservatory and onto the terrace to receive well wishes and greetings from family and friends.

Reception drinks and canapés were served on the lawn, to the sound of a string quartet, as group photos were taken. Once completed. Mark took the photographed Nicola and Duncan utilizing the stunning grounds, complete with lily pond and  landscaped lawns and gardens, capturing intimate portraits of the two of them, before the rain set in.

Reception drinks continued in the conservatory as we recorded all the table decorations and details, and a cake cutting of the yummy cheesecake!

As Nicola and Duncan, the happy newlyweds and guests were called through for the wedding breakfast, the MHP team left them to enjoy their celebrations long into the night.

This week, Mark and the team photographed the wedding of  Vicky and Matt at the Felbridge Hotel.

We started our coverage at the brides place of departure, where we photographed all details together with the bridal preparations beforre heading off to meet up with Matt and the boys at the Felbridge Hotel. An emotion filled ceremony, was followed by the formal family photographs.

Congratulations to Vicky and Matt!!!!!
