What a weird year!!

The weather this year has certainly played it’s part – with the first round snowed off!!! I think this years theme is water – almost without exception each round (bar one has featured rain in some way).

Anyway rather than posting each round as it happened I’d just post a few of my favourites from the season it was really difficult to choose this time around far too many photos!

Sorry if you’ve not made it here maybe next year!!

So here goes, there in no particular order.

Well I guess the season really belonged to Shakey, so it seems only fair to start there!

As usual the 125’s provided some of the closest racing.

Cuba – 2008

Thursday, November 20th, 2008

This year has just flown by, with so much going on and the move to the new studio, before we new it, it was October and we hadn’t managed to take a break.

We had a quick search around the web but nothing jumped out at us, so we decided that we enjoyed our trip to Cuba so much last time, we thought we’d head back there for a couple of weeks.

The flight to Havana is a long flight (10-11 hours depending on the winds) and despite Mark’s love of flying (NOT!) it was luckily uneventful, but just very tiring. We arrived at the airport in Havana around 3.00pm local time and a short cab ride took us to the Hotel Nacional de Cuba which was our base for the next three nights.

Meet Caterham Business

Friday, November 7th, 2008

This week we were invited to attend the “Meet Caterham Business” (please note we didn’t take the photos!!!) held at the Surrey National GC. The exhibition was opened by Councillor Glynnis Whittle, with some words of encouragement for local business and the event was sponsored by Tandridge District Council.

This was a great opportunity for us to meet our new neighbours in Caterham business community and I’m pleased to say we have developed some great and mutually beneficial business from some of the exhibitors who were there the day.

Our thanks go to all those involved in organising this event.
