We have been very disappointed to hear about a young girl who was cold- called recently and sold a photographic session over the phone.

She was given the link to our website and told that her appointment would be confirmed via email.

When it wasn’t she called us at the studio.

Please be aware of this scam

PLEASE NOTE - WE NEVER COLD CALL

As in past years Mark has been asked to photograph the students from St Bedes School as they celebrate the end of school life.

This years event was held at Westerham Golf Club on Friday May 16th.
With a new head of Sixth Form in charge, goodbye Mr Sharman and hello Mr Garner, the occasion was a success with Mark taking photographs of the students and friends.
All the images will be on our website by Wednesday and the students are able to order their photographs from there.

As so much thought and planning has gone into the students appearance for this special occasion we have invited the students to ‘Capture their Image’ and have their photographs professionally taken in our Studio.

With  professional lighting and background it will create a wonderful record that can be treasured forever.

If  you received one of  our vouchers don’t forget to call the studio  NOW to book your session.

The wonderful area of Greenwich was the location of Sheelah and Dapo’s wedding.
Sheelah and Dapo got married on 10th May and their wedding was held in Eltham College (Sheelah being a past student) with the reception at Eltham Palace.

This prestigious venue is a National Heritage site where we are honoured to be one of their recommended photographers.
Mark was able to capture this couple in some unusual shots as well as the traditional groups, the backdrop of the Palace always an inspiration.

Just a sneak preview of a few photos!

On Saturday 3rd May on a hot and sunny morning Mark travelled up to London to photograph the wedding of Amy and Mark.
This unusual wedding took place at the Century Club in Shaftesbury avenue.
The coverage of the wedding started at The Hazlitt’s Hotel in the West End where the bride and her attendant got ready.
This sophisticated event had a happy and romantic feel.

Amy and Mark are delighted with their photographs and are looking forward to seeing their album once Mark has given his approval for it to go to print.

The Felbridge Hotel

Last week saw Mark head off to the Felbridge Hotel with two models and armful of wedding dresses. In the glorious sunny weather of last tuesday Mark, with his models Claire (herself a photographer) and Shona worked inside creating their magic in the unusual setting of the bar.
The dresses used were kindly loaned by ‘White Dresses and Tiaras’. A company based in Crawley. Many thanks go to Claire for allowing us to use her gowns and accessories.
At the end of the day the team ventured into the pool area (Felbridge has an amazing spa and pool area) where one of the models was enticed into jumping into the pool with a wedding dress on! Not one of ‘White Dresses and Tiaras’ dresses I must add.

This Sunday was the Alexander House open day.
The wedding and events team did a great job in looking after both the clients and the exhibitors.
Alexander House is one of our favourite venues to photograph and we are delighted to be their recommended photographer.
During the last few months we have had many enquiries to photograph weddings at this venue and quite a few bookings.

The beautiful house used to be the home of the Shelley family and is renowned for its cuisine.
It is a very popular wedding venue. The management and staff are very friendly and efficient.

This week in the studio

Filed under: Portraits — Mark at 12:59 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2008

We have been extremely busy in the studio this last week with some wonderful photoshoots of singles, couples and babies.

Mark has produced some moody black and white images for our clients Viv and Vince, also some lovely family images for Sharon and her family.

A great set of PR shots where photographed for a glamorous up and coming surgeon too.

In response to a promotion we offered in April, Georgina and her children took advantage of the £100 gift voucher and were photographed in the studio.

The photographs will be cherished forever.

Sheryl, Greg and their new baby, came into the studio for thier final shoot in thier “Bumps and Bab(i)es session. We had photographed Sheryl and Greg in the last few weeks of Sheryl’s pregnancy, and then in the first few weeks of their baby’s life.

The layout of the album is currently being designed by Mark and when completed, the pictures will be mounted into one of our “Baby Book”albums. They were so thrilled with all of thier photographs that they have also chosen to buy a framed collection of four images to hang on their wall.
