What’s happened this week ?

The landscape exhibition at the clocktower library, Croydon, Surrey finished this week - many thanks to everyone who took time out to come and see this exhibition. Unfortunately we couldn’t have an official opening night as the library closes at 6.00pm!

Our next exhibition will be of photographs from our trip to Cuba last year and we have some great photos to show from that trip. In fact we loved Cuba so much we planning on heading back there towards the end of next year(2008). Many people have asked can we buy any of the prints on display and the answer is yes ! Just follow the link to the customer area on the main site and browse the galleries. All you need to do is login and create an account.

Sunday the 18th, Mark was at the Surrey Downs GC in Kingswood, Surrey. This was the first open day held at the club and we were asked to exhibit as we are the clubs recommeded photographer. Unlike most wedding fairs and open day this was only for selected and exclusive service providers to the club. Mark has worked with many of the suppliers who were there and it was great to catch up with Liz and Margret from Amante of Reigate, Surrey (one of Mark’s favourite wedding dress suppliers) but it was also great to meet some new vendors as well, who we hope to work with in the near future.

The Studio has been realtively quiet this week (by our standards !), we have shot several actors portfolios and seen quite a few clients, but no weddings this week. The finishing touches to Mark’s panel of prints and all necessary forms have finally been completed for his application for Associate of the Master Photographers Association (the only association for full time professional photographers). Fingers crossed for April when his panel is judged!
